Casa de Los Espejos has a minimum stay of 2 days. Please check with us regarding children and/or pets.

Policies
Electric service will be charged according to the consumption during the rental period. Property Manager will take the meter reading upon arrival. For a three (3) day stay, one day maid service is included. One day of maid service is also included during the first week. Additional services are available upon request for a fee.

Reservations and Deposit
Please fill out the reservation and contact form so we can advise you if your desired dates are available. Upon confirmation, a 50% deposit will be required within one week to hold your reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. When your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email with our bank and payment information. A security deposit is required and will be returned after your departure upon satisfactory inspection by our property manager. Security deposit amount depends on length of stay.

Cancellation Policy
If we are able to schedule other guests to cover your cancelled dates, we will happily refund your payment.
